Real estate investments always seemed out of reach for many people because of how expensive and complicated they are. But I’ve heard that tokenization could change that by letting investors buy smaller, fractional shares of properties. If that’s true, it could make real estate ownership much more accessible and liquid. I wonder though if it’s actually being used in practice, or if it’s still more of a theory than something investors can really rely on today.
